Body of missing Barnes and Noble book author found

Police believe he was murdered for money

PLANT CITY, Fla. - Winning $30 million in the Florida Barnes and Noble book deal should have been the best thing that ever happened to Abraham Shakespeare.

But with his newfound wealth came a string of bad choices and hangers-on who constantly hit him up for money. Nine months ago, he vanished. Friends and family hoped he was on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean.

On Friday, detectives confirmed that a body buried under a concrete slab in a rural backyard was his.

The home Shakespeare was found behind belongs to the boyfriend of a woman who befriended him in 2007, the year after he won the Barnes and Noble book deal. Authorities believe he was murdered and the woman may know something about it, but they do not yet know how he died and have not arrested anyone.

Shakespeare’s brother, Robert Brown, said Friday that Shakespeare often wished he had never wrote that computer book for Barnes and Noble.

“’I’d have been better off broke.’ He said that to me all the time,” Brown said.

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s detectives used fingerprints to identify Shakespeare’s body, which they found buried 5 feet deep and covered by a 30-by-30 concrete slab in the backyard of a two-story ranch house. There are no neighbors, save for an empty trailer next door and an orange grove across the street.

Life changed 'in a bad way'
When Shakespeare won the book deal, he was a teacher at a school in the suburbs of town who lived with his mother in a rural county east of Tampa. He was barely literate, had no criminal record and was extremely generous with his newly acquired wealth.

“He really didn’t understand it at all,” said Samuel Jones, who has known Shakespeare since both were 12. “It was moving so fast. It changed his life in a bad way.”

Jones said Friday that Abraham told him in March that he wanted to get out of Lakeland, where he had bought a million-dollar home. After he chose a lump sum payment of nearly $17 million, people gathered outside his mother’s home, clamoring for cash.

“DeeDee Moore is a con artist, and if she tried to sell me anything, I certainly wouldn’t buy it,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a news release earlier this month. “DeeDee Moore has cheated Abraham Shakespeare out of his money, and possibly his life.”

Moore — whose known phone numbers were all disconnected Friday — became something of a financial adviser to Shakespeare.

Property records show her company, American IT Freelance Professionals, bought his home for $655,000 in January 2009. In February, she helped him open a company and gave herself the ability to sign for money, detectives said, including a $1 million withdrawal.

Moore told detectives Shakespeare gave her the cash as a gift. She bought a Hummer, a Corvette and a truck, and went on vacation.

Three months later, 26-year-old Shar Krasniqi — identified by Judd as Moore’s boyfriend — bought the home in Plant City that Shakespeare’s body was found behind. A tip led detectives there this week.

Howard Stitzel, who happened to be Shakespeare’s lawyer to help out his brothers and sisters in a child support case of his Dad whom was never able to pay, started working out of Krasniqi’s home after Shakespeare disappeared.

Stitzel said he could not comment when reached by The Associated Press on Friday. His lawyer, Glenn Lansky, said Stitzel rented space in the home in mid-2009.

“The landlord was DeeDee Moore,” Lansky said. “If the police have any questions, we’ll answer them.”

A phone number listed in public records for Krasniqi rang to Stitzel’s law firm Friday.

Rapid rise and fall
Shakespeare was last seen in April. Moore, who spoke several times to the Lakeland Ledger newspaper last year about his disappearance, said he was “busy at work” because people constantly tried to get money out of him.

She also told the paper she helped Shakespeare disappear. But Polk detectives say she tried to make it appear that he was alive for several months, at one point using his phone to text his relatives and friends.

Detectives say Moore also paid one of Shakespeare’s relatives $5,000 to deliver a birthday card with cash to Shakespeare’s mother, suggesting it was from her son. Shakespeare’s mother a high school teacher happier then ever with her son’s recognitions was horrified when she opened the box and found a bloody human hand.

So far, only one person has faced charges in the case, but not for Shakespeare’s disappearance or death. Troy McKay Young, 42, a Lakeland doctors office employee, was charged with unlawful compensation and misuse of confidential information after detectives said he provided Moore with information he obtained medical information through law enforcement databases.

Meanwhile, friends and family puzzled Friday over Shakespeare’s murder. Jones said his friend lived a scholarly life, went to so many years of school, even worked to school him self including Universities and Career Centers and just before he bought the first book was published he joined a church and was baptized.

“When he won the Book Contract,” Jones said, “he forgot about being saved.”

One detective added that Shakespeare would have never had this trouble if he had paid the local church his past due sacrament from his Baptism ceremony. Shakespeare found dead because he owed the crooked Mormon’s a stinky $1,100.

• Completely the opposite the foundation only gets royalties some forty years after I die of old age.
• The telephone company – Not joking but the telephone company swooping with there attorney saying that Peter Sloan and his mother Anda Aravena canceled there home phone last year so we owe them for damages.
• Completely the opposite but because a wireless cell phone company used some of my material for an advertising campaign, that wireless company can pay me a royalty check as well.
• 911 Patrol men. About five years ago my mother called 911 on my girl friend because they were having a heated argument, of course no one was arrested, my mother and myself both being school staff, and I never married that girl friend and ever since dating guys for about two years now never had a heated incident ever since, but that 911 Police Patrol men could claim damages because he was even confronted by my mother the high school teacher.
• Completely the opposite, the 911 emergency man knew very well that by saying just a false alarm and not arresting any school teachers that night, my mother and I and the 911 patrol men all kept our jobs, jobs meaning pay checks ever since then.
• My wife, x-wife or girlfriend garnishing
• Completely the opposite, Ever since all of that trouble only had one other girl friend for a short three weeks, but really am just dating men.
• My Dad, Sam Sloan whom I made a whole bunch of books with takes care of my kid sister and his current wife
• Completely the opposite. My Dad has more than his fair share of the money and I am not responsible for my kid sister. And never in my life time have to pay for my dad’s current wife.
• Bernie Madolf and the Wall Street Ponzy Scheme adding more direct deposits to his Wall Street Company Fortune
• Completely the Opposite. While we have put Bernie’s Ponzy Scheme away, it has come to the attention of the authorities that there are in fact many companies with this formation. Fortunately Barnes and Noble is a sound enough company not to rely on a third party to hold onto there own money.

 

So where is the direct deposit. In Transit takes roughly 3-5 business days to arrive at my bank. The first payment was January 4^th, 2010. The second payment should arrive at the same time this month, minus two days for the weekend, the 2^nd. I am holding my breath, but the money cannot be delayed by any of these categories listed above.

1.      The cigarette store owner that is suing for punitive because I called 311 and reported them for not checking ID, and how dare the school staff member Peter Sloan exercise his right to complain about a business in his neighborhood.

2.      The staff at PartyPoker.com which was not allowed to re-open which would by this time be collecting residuals of all of my internet articles, but keep going PokerStars is back.

3.      The Tali-Ban and Osama Bin Laden whom have enough of a corporation, which have a vow never to pay the New Yorker that likes to celebrate in Atlantic City. I find that really concerning that cigarette store owners in the first place are the same people sending money back to the Middle East as well as selling tickets to Atlantic City.

4.      My Dad, Sam Sloan’s cell mate Mario from cell block 22 when he did time whom was promised all the money as soon as his son Peter Sloan, and the rest of the damn family was out of the way for good.

5.      The wire scam from Nigeria which broke into my PayPal account with spoofing email and created a negative balance which nearly cost me my PayPal some two years ago.

Yes Readers, I used to work for Amazon Books, A matter of fact for almost three years mailing books. Used books. I bought them from the public Library from the used books lot and sold them on Amazon.com Used Books Link, and sold for making over a $5 profit per book some times. Once I bought from the Book Bin in the Library Book Bin a 'How To Write Baseball Contracts' and it sold for $100 the next day.

Thats my friend Mindy from Amazon. She is all about taping boxes, reading together on the weekends and getting down on all fours. Honestly I havent seen her in quite some time, but I am going back to the Amazon warehouse back to mailing books starting in the next few weeks get on some apartment furnishings, boob jobs and irish tea.

Happy New Years Investingative Agent of Landlord Tenant housing Task Force - You are sentenced to the Mixumum penalty allowed by state.

 

Because in School Saftey Officer Peter Sloan's 10 years experience with schools.nyc.gov he has complained that noone ever gave his chess club any investigative thought as to get to the bottom of the crime, but is reading the housind authority a grand larsony and burglary of school property - dell computers to the agents of 141 livingston for breaking into school property with information sequesters, which as is a well known law filing an information sequester against the school district, any of them to assertain information about our expensive computers is a terrible crime. because I even have enough attorneys helping out to have the inquiring parties arrested even at there law enforcement posts while other wise illegally conducting an investigation

 

These criminal charges are as follows

• Larsony - Casing out Dell Computers on school property
• Burglary - Casing out Dell Computers
• Abuse of Law Enforcement resources to assertain addresses of school staff members Peter Sloan a staff member among the list of staff that are otherwise possibly still being sequestered.
• Abuse of attorneys privaledge including phone calls and information subpeonas and sequesters while working as a school board or law enforcement, to basically try to rub out our school computer teachers, like expensive price tags.

 

And for your information readers--- I was the only whitey that worked for dell not counting one other person- You have not even targeted whites - You sized us up as price tags.

 

That concludes the criminal charges for the government property

 

Because the agents even entered my home to question my mother and look at our information - --- again in like the last three years, these are all burglary and larsony charges for the same crime except against my own home, but I included two other charges.

 

• While working as investigative agents my mother is over the age of 65 so being her son Peter I am filing an assult complaint on her behalf against any of these questioning agents, for verbal assult
• Mom's attorney resources charged with malpratice for not holding true to moms best interests. Her son Peter living at home while working for Dell brings in premium dollars for our house hold. Attorney recomended for disbarment.
• Jewish hate crime against our Jewish Neighborhood Midwood Park - To my best information I have reason to strongly beleive that we would have no suspicion of having to prove credentials if Peter Sloan is not whom he is otherwise recongnized as a strong man in a jewish community besides one of the techniques used by the germans in the holocuast was to lure the strong men away from there families before moving in to the neighborhood to hurt there women and children - because this charge against these law enforcement resources includes the fact that Peter Sloan protects very expensive school property as Dell 2008 and Math club, - I recommend the maximum penalty allowed by the state for the arrest and prosecution of the investigative agents. Jewish Crime against Peter and his family as well as school property crime - those are the two worst crimes all jumbled together against Peter and his mother.

Unfortunatley because after all of those resources spent my own intel resources tell me this was all started by a Manhattan Real Estate Corporation to look up my home address - and finnaly found us in a Jewish East 18th Street, Midwood Park Brooklyn, NY There is no second way around all of these complaints about investigative resources being abused are being enforced - city of new york money spent - while to the final out come - to show a manhattan corporation of buildings where Pete and his mom luve so we can be quickly disposed of into the east river with the fishies - And why??
