$300.00 is for the five page site. If you would like only a four page site, pay the $300.00 PayPal and specify that you only need 4 pages and you will get $60 back PayPal right away. If you need a six page website pay the initial $300 and add another $60 to your order.
Refunds only if hours of work are rendered. You are accepting a designer to work at the rate of $15 per hour. Once the hours of work are performed the money cannot be refunded.

C-Panel Management includes fixing outages in the website file server,
which includes a monthly backup of files contained in the domain, sub-domain. As well as Clients fix of email account creation and deletion as requested by the Manager that would be otherwise maintaining employee accounts. All of the web site data is backed up onto a nice DVD and stored in our home office location. ( my house ) While ShopUSANetwork. LLC does not accept any civil responsibility for loss or data otherwise not recovered. Ordering monthly management does keep your business online filing cabinet backed up at regular intervals.

Why are you paying your hosting fee by the month. You web site crashes from time to time when you card is declined. Order through our services, and we cover one other area of expertise a backup CD burned at the clients request of web site documents. One CD is burned when the site is ordered and kept in our archives. The CD is mailed upon the clients request. Also order 5 hours per month c-panel management to go along with and or tech's can upload your documents when needed. The annual web hosting fee covers the annual cost of your web site to be online, but does not include trouble shooting any outages or backup of loss of data.

The client before that one needed a form for Real Estate Agents of there company to submit clients leads of new rentals. The price does not vary on adding in submission forms for collecting names and addresses for a customer data form. We also make forms independent of email marketing subscriptions that allow data to be sent via Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express©. JavaScript forms are customized to your company’s request, including the email form handler which submits the inquiry to an email address.

5 Hours Pre-Paid - Flash Document Revision
Do you have a flash website already built and need to revise your text. I have helped dozens of clients over the years with simple text updates on websites that are very complex to navigate.
You must have ready with your order:
You flash .fla and .swf file, I need both files to be able to revise the document.
The file must not be password protected.
You must have organized all of the changes you would like made typed up into a Microsoft Word Document I only charge $25 per hour, so having all of your text ready saves both of us time.
I also make Custom Designed Flash Banners for your website, ideal for a main page or web site promotion piece that needs a little extra.
As a client are agreeing to the pay rate of $25 per hour. After the hours of work are rendered, a refund cannot be issued.
