You need something right away. One of my poker buddies wrote a book on winning the world series and has a website with a payment link just for that one book alone. Unless I read your email incorrectly, you need a web site solely devoted to selling the 100 book set in one purchase with a card, so I can enable the entire site including the credit card processor for a flat fee of $1,499. If you require we can write an agreement with a deadline over the email, and I have some law school, just this email stating the final product, and by replying with the payment is an agreement, once paid.
