Monday June 24th 2008 three days before the last day of school at IS 68 on East 32nd street and Foster avenue in Brooklyn NY, the Dell installation team including Peter Sloan and four others fled the school. The police arrived on the scene and found several electrocuted children, 3 bodies died of electric shock. The forensics team determined that Peter Sloan had incorrectly installed a surge protector in room 310 on the third floor and the surge protector exploded shock around the classroom. The three children where pronounced dead, DOA at Methodist Hospital at 3:30 pm EST. Peter Sloan did work for the next three days. On June 27th, the last day of the school year Peter Sloan worked at one last school in Howard Beach installing 40 wireless laptops and marked the last day of Peter Sloan’s six years with the schools.nyc.gov
